- Times listed below are a general idea of when our transitions will occur. We understand children excel with consistency in routine but also require spontaneity and flexibility!
- 8 - 9:30 Arrival: Outdoor exploration, Outdoor Snack
- 9:35 - 9:50 Indoor Morning Circle: Welcome, songs, and daily introduction.
- 9:50 – 11:30 Indoor Exploration Time: Free play, art projects, sensory activities
- 11:30 - 12 Lunch: Family provided (Indoor or Out)
- 12 – 12:25 Small Group Learning: Games, collaboration, manipulatives
- 12:25 - 12:45 Books: Whole group story, quiet chimes, ready for rest (Indoor)
- 12:45 - 2 Rest & Snack: Nap or quiet play. Snack during or afterward
- 2 – 2:20 Music & Movement: Fun songs to dance and sing to
- 2:20 – 2:30 Closing Circle: Reflection
- 2:30 – 3 Outdoor Play: Physical activity, nature exploration

Tuition
Weekly rates are determined by the state funding for preschool: Per Act 166, students receive 10 hours per week for 35 weeks of state-funded preschool.
5 days per week MTWTF (8am-3pm)$397.95 (5 day cost) - $113.77 (Act 166 PreK Funding) = $284.18 ($284 total family contribution)Extended Care (3pm - 4:30pm) - $85.28 (5 day cost) = $369.46 ($369 total family contribution) **Extended Care is limited to 6 families** Families are required to pay for their time off outside of Elementals’ contracted hours. For example, if your child is sick or if your family takes a vacation during Elementals’ scheduled hours.
Families will pay for select holidays and vacation days in which Elementals is not in session. Please refer to the Elementals school calendar (available soon).
Families are NOT required to pay for non-holiday vacations such as winter break (February) and spring break (April) as indicated on the Elementals schedule. Please refer to the Elementals school calendar (available soon).
Financial AssistancePlease apply for childcare assistance through the link below. We encourage ALL families to apply – the family income ceiling has been raised. Many families will qualify for some assistance.

Payment Methods The Brightwheel program uses a direct deposit system. Families are responsible for service fees (.6%). This is the most convenient method of payment and communication to and from Elementals.
